Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between PadGenius and PadGenius Pro?
PadGenius is for you, the player: your matches and your reports, in the app. PadGenius Pro is the console for coaches, academies and clubs: they count their players’ matches, follow each one’s progress and share a report with parents.
Do I need a network during the match?
No. The match stays on the phone and syncs as soon as the network is back.
Do my players have to buy anything?
No. With PadGenius Pro, your coaches count the matches. A player who also wants to analyze their own matches takes PadGenius, at 50 TND for 12 months.
Can children be tracked?
Yes, with the parents’ consent. Children have no account; parents see their child’s report and can withdraw their consent at any time.
How do I pay?
PadGenius: by card on this page or in the app. PadGenius Pro: after the free trial, by card in the console or by bank transfer, with an invoice in your name.
Who sees a player’s numbers?
The coaches of their club — and their parents, if they received the link. Nobody else.
