Getting started

Create and activate your account

Account creation usually takes less than 2 minutes.

Download the app

Install FitCONNECT from Google Play or the App Store
Open the app and choose your profile: Member or Partner

Sign up & verify

Sign up with your email or phone
Create a secure password (8+ characters)
Confirm via the email verification link

Complete your profile

Add your information (name, location, sport preferences)
Enable notifications for bookings & reminders (optional)

Ready to start!

Once activated, access all FitCONNECT features based on your profile.

Google Play requirement

Account & data deletion

This section explains how to request deletion of your FitCONNECT account and all your data. The link is displayed on our Google Play listing.

Option A: from the app

Open FitCONNECT
Go to Profile → Settings
Select Delete my account
Confirm your deletion request

Option B: without app access

Contact our support by email:

Send deletion request

Provide your registered email or phone number for verification.

What is deleted

Your user account (credentials and profile data)
Preferences and account settings
Associated items (history, bookings, favorites, etc.)
Technical identifiers (session tokens, internal links)

What may be retained

Some data may be retained for legal, security and fraud reasons.

Billing data: retention up to 10 years (legal obligations)
Security logs: retention up to 12 months (fraud prevention)
Technical backups: gradual deletion within 30 days maximum

Processing time

Deletion of data not subject to legal retention is generally completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email.
